Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including at least 2–3 of: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience implementing and customizing the Financial Services Operations (FSO) module.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Expertise in Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation.
• Working knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, and Request Workflows.
• Experience with CMDB configuration and maintenance.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP, MID Server, or IntegrationHub.
• Strong understanding of ITIL V3/V4 processes and Financial Services Operations processes.
• Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and development of test scripts for regression/unit testing.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and scripting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
