ServiceNow GRC Developer

Role & responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership:
   
• Act as the main technical expert and point of contact for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
  
• Design end-to-end solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
  
2. Implementation & Development:
   
• Configure and customize modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
  
• Work on IRM (Integrated Risk Management) implementations.
  
3. Process Optimization:
   
• Analyze existing business processes, document them, and propose optimized workflows.
  
• Identify system gaps and suggest maintainable, scalable solutions.
  
4. Integration Expertise:
   
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or tools.
  
5. Additional Skills (Added Advantage):
   
• Experience with Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
  
• Familiarity with Service Portal and Workspace customization.
