ServiceNow GRC Consultant/Developer

Experience: 5+Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
• Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and compliance tracking metrics.
• Collaborate with business, security, and compliance teams.

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience
• JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer
• REST/SOAP integrations
• Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Governance processes
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, or NIST frameworks

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow CSA
• CAD
• CIS-GRC/IRM
• ITIL Foundation Certification
