Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM + Financial Services Operations (FSO) Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions for Banking and Financial Services organizations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ITSM processes along with experience in Financial Services Operations workflows, case management, process automation, and regulatory-driven service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Implement and enhance Financial Services Operations (FSO) solutions for banking and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation and process documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-8 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.

• Hands-on experience in Financial Services Operations (FSO) within ServiceNow.

• Customer Requests & Case Management
• Financial Product Servicing
• Back-Office Operations
• Strong experience with:
  
• Flow Designer

• Experience with REST API integrations and Integration Hub.
  
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool and ITSM processes.
  
• Experience in Reports, Dashboards, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) and Case Management solutions.
• Understanding of compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements within financial institutions.
