Servicenow Engineer

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, and UI policies.
• Build automation using Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Support testing, deployments, enhancements, and production issues.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform, integration, and data issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and workflows.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Familiarity with Update Sets and deployment processes.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
