Servicenow Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer flows.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Handle production support, troubleshooting, defect resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Support testing, UAT, releases, and maintain technical documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, configuration, security, and data model.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, workflows, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience is preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is an added advantage.
