About this role
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Develop and support automation using Flow Designer and Service Catalogue.
- Support ServiceNow enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, and data-related issues.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement and improve ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, or UI policies.
