ServiceNow Engineer - ITSM / Incident Management

• We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to configure and integrate ServiceNow for an enterprise incident-management use case. The resource will work on ITSM workflows, integrations, approvals, AI/agent integration, and audit capabilities.

• Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM and Incident Management. Develop and maintain incident-management workflows. Build ServiceNow integrations using APIs. Support AI/agent integration with ServiceNow. Implement approval workflows and governance processes. Maintain evidence and audit trails. Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and APIs. Support ServiceNow AI governance and control capabilities. Troubleshoot and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations. Required
• Qualifications
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM experience. Hands-on experience with Incident Management. Experience developing ServiceNow integrations and APIs. Strong workflow configuration/development experience. Enterprise ServiceNow implementation experience. Experience with approvals, workflows, and audit processes.
