ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a

ServiceNow SAM Business Analyst / Developer with experience in implementing and supporting

ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, and support software asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro modules.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
• Configure software normalization, reconciliation, license workbench, and reclamation.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployments, production support, and platform enhancements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with 5+ years in SAM Pro.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs).
• Experience with ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and software licensing/compliance.
• Strong business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; CIS-SAM certification is a plus.
