ServiceNow Developer

We are urgently looking for multiple experienced

ServiceNow Developer with expertise in

Ansible Automation to design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions. You will build and customise ServiceNow applications, integrate with

Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform , and automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and IT service workflows. Working closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and Operations teams, you will deliver secure, scalable, and reliable automation solutions.

Key Skills:-

• 4+ years of

ServiceNow development experience with ITSM, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, Business Rules, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.

• Develop and customise ServiceNow solutions while integrating with

Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), AWX, or Ansible Tower .

• Build and maintain

Ansible Playbooks, Roles, and automation workflows for provisioning, deployments, patching, and operational support.

• Develop automation using

JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Bash, YAML, and Jinja2 , supporting Linux and Windows environments.

• Build REST API integrations and support CI/CD using

Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab .

• Work with

hybrid cloud platforms, following ITIL, security, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.

• Troubleshoot automation issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Banking or Financial Services experience and ServiceNow (CSA/CAD) or Ansible certifications are desirable.
