Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules aligned with ITIL and business process standards.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, Salesforce, Jira) using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow UIs (UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Catalog Items) to enhance user experience and adoption.
• Implement automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes to drive operational efficiency across incident, change, and request management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions within sprint cycles.
• Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure code quality via unit testing, peer reviews, and ServiceNow best practices.

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or Discovery
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD pipelines
