Roles & Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering
- Designing & Implementing ServiceNow applications - Service Portals, Integration Hub/Custom Integrations
- Creation of High level and Low-level designs
- Helping development team during implementation, testing & roll out
- Troubleshooting and fixing issues
- Workflow Automation using workflow, Document Feeds, email, Scheduled Script Executions, and Events
- Event Monitoring integration with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Client side and Service Side Scripting & Script include
- Data importing using Import Sets (Data Source/Import Sets/Transform Maps)
- ServiceNow Web Services integration
- 3rd party Integrations with ServiceNow
- Knowledge on ServiceNow Automated test framework
- Event Rule Configuration
