Job Description – ServiceNow Developer Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 3+ Years(Junior), 8+Years(Senior)

Position: Full-Time

Skills Required: · 3+ years of experience developing, configuring or administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment; applicants with less experience may be considered where they demonstrate strong ownership, learning agility and hands-on capability. · Practical experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes, particularly Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management. · Hands-on capability with ServiceNow configuration and development, including forms, lists, tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows / flows, notifications, catalog items and reporting. · Experience creating or improving Service Catalogue items and request fulfilment workflows, ideally including automation and integrations. · Working knowledge of CMDB concepts, data quality practices and configuration item lifecycle management. · Ability to coordinate work delivered by offshore or third-party ServiceNow resources, including clarifying requirements, reviewing solutions, testing changes and driving outcomes.
