ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hyderabad Job Responsibilities:

• The company is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of overall IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development. The roles are based at Hyderabad.
• The primary requirement is strong expertise in JavaScript programming and ServiceNow development. The candidate should be proficient in developing, customizing and implementing applications on the ServiceNow platform using components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Workflows and Flow Designer.
• Experience with one or more major ServiceNow modules is essential, including ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow ITAM, ServiceNow ITOM, ServiceNow ITBM, or ServiceNow SecOps.
• Candidates should have a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications using the ServiceNow platform.
• The role also requires hands-on experience with Service Portal, including developing responsive user interfaces and reusable UI components. A solid understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, XML, SOAP, and REST APIs is necessary for application development and system integration.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong software engineering practices, including writing clean, reusable and maintainable code, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving ServiceNow features.
• In addition to technical expertise, the company seeks professionals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively in culturally diverse, global teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, is also expected.
