Servicenow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications based on business and technical requirements.

• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications, including Microsoft Teams and other cross-platform initiatives.

• Analyze integration requirements and collaborate with platform, enterprise architecture, and integration teams to define ownership and technical solutions.

• Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, flows, and other platform components.

• Design REST and SOAP integrations using APIs, authentication mechanisms, and data mappings.

• Support technical solutions across SPM, APM, PPM, and EA, applying CSDM principles to data structures and integrations.

• Troubleshoot complex development and integration issues and provide root-cause analysis.

• Participate in technical design, solution architecture, and code reviews.

• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and upgrade-compatibility requirements.

• Collaborate with administrators, consultants, stakeholders, and architecture teams, and prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment instructions. Qualifications and Success Criteria ServiceNow CAD is preferred, along with relevant integration or implementation certifications. IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Microsoft Teams integration, platform upgrades, and architecture experience are advantageous.

Suggested experience: 710+ years, combining hands-on coding and integration expertise with the ability to design reliable integrations, understand cross-platform dependencies, and contribute to enterprise-level technical decisions.
