Job Title: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Core Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and related modules.
• Build and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party security/compliance tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform platform customizations while adhering to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and upgrade activities.
• Create technical design documents and maintain development standards across projects.
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, and implementation teams in Agile environments.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow Development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
• Strong development expertise in:
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies/UI Actions
• ACLs
• Flow Designer
• IntegrationHub
• Experience in one or more IRM modules:
• Policy & Compliance
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow platform architecture, and integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-GRC/IRM are preferred.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Compliance-driven domains is an added advantage.
