Servicenow Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in

Service Catalog development, scripting, REST API integrations, workflow/flow

development, portal customization, and platform upgrades. The ideal candidate should be

capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while

ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalogs, Catalog Items, Record

Producers, Order Guides, and Catalog Client Scripts.

• Design and implement REST API and SOAP integrations with internal and external

enterprise applications.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, UI

Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.

• Build and enhance Service Portal components, widgets, and custom user interfaces.
• Configure and develop Flow Designer workflows and automate business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and

integration failures.

• Participate in ServiceNow instance upgrades, patching activities, and post-upgrade

validation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them

into technical solutions.

• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance standards, and

documentation requirements.
