ITSM, CSM, Scripting, Integration, CMDB, ITAM (Good if the candidate has exposure to GRC/IRM/SecOps) any module for Development in Service Development.
End to end ownership (Design, Develop, Configuration, Customization) of CMDB and ITOM. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing abilities.
Oversee platform administration tasks, upgrades, and patching. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support when escalations occur
