ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead the Development, customisation, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should have deep technical expertise in at least two of these 2 ServiceNow modules: HRSD, WSD and CSM, along with strong experience in scripting, integrations and performance optimisation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customise ServiceNow applications and modules, including HRSD, WSD and CSM.
• Create and manage workflows, business rules, Ui policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
• Configure forms, fields, notifications, and reports to meet business requirements.
• Build Integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other tools.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including workflows, business rules, UI scripts and custom applications.
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, including HRSD, WSD and CSM.
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• CIS- WSD / CIS- HRSD / CIS - CSM.
