Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in any one or more of the following modules: ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or Custom Application Development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and scheduled jobs.
Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
Perform ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, customization, and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
Support upgrades, patches, and performance optimization activities.
Mandatory Skills
6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in any one or more of the following:
ITOM
ITAM
HRSD
Custom Application Development
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
Good understanding of ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
Experience working with workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Relevant ServiceNow CIS certification.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pune / Mumbai | Hybrid Work Model
