ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Create and customize reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, and Problem Management modules.
• Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules is an added advantage.

Work Model

• Full-time position.
• Work from Hyderabad office, 5 days a week.
