ServiceNow Developer / Lead / Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Lead/Architect with strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, BCM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, CSM, FSM, SPM, CMDB/CSDM, TPRM, Workspace Service Delivery, Custom Application Development, Integrations, and AI platforms such as Now Assist, Moveworks, ChatGPT, and Claude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise ServiceNow solutions while driving platform governance and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
• Implement and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, BCM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, CSM, FSM, SPM, and TPRM.
• Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
• Lead CMDB architecture, CSDM implementation, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and data governance initiatives.
• Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Asset, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Service Delivery processes.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and third-party applications.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions including ServiceNow Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Moveworks, ChatGPT, Claude, and other GenAI technologies.
• Design and develop Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace, and Next Experience solutions.
• Automate workflows, approvals, notifications, and business processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Engine.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Define platform architecture, governance frameworks, security standards, and best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, Agent Workspace, and Configurable Workspace.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, governance, security, and scalability best practices.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodology and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred for Architect roles
• Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs
