About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using Discoverer.
- Develop custom modules for CMDB (Configuration Management Database) integration with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management).
- Troubleshoot issues related to event management and service mapping within the ServiceNow platform.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in developing custom modules for CMDB integration with ServiceNow ITOM.
- Proficiency in discoverer tool for designing complex workflows and integrations.
- Experience working on event management and service mapping features within the ServiceNow platform.
