Summary:
UST is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with 8-10 years of overall IT experience and extensive hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will serve as an Individual Contributor (IC), responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and business teams.
Customer is looking for a developer who can handle coding and configurations in SNOW. Most of the work will be around user, locations and Catalog item work (ITSM). We need a complete hands on dev that can work on user stories.
Location is Whiefield, Bangalore
The Opportunity:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop solutions across ServiceNow modules including:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- HRSD
- CSM
- CMDB
- Service Portal / Employee Center
- Build and maintain:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Script Includes
- Flow Designer Flows
- IntegrationHub Spokes
- Workflows and Catalog Items
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
- Implement ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
- Participate in requirement gathering, effort estimation, solution design, and technical reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize platform performance and ensure system scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Mentor junior developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.

Qualification:

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
