ServiceNow

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow project experience.
• Strong enterprise experience in an international corporate environment.
• Advanced ITSM knowledge, especially Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Advanced Service Catalog development.
• Strong backend and/or Service Portal development.
• Experience with heavily customized ServiceNow environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, security, and platform capabilities.

Scripting & Development

~90% of the role is scripting/development.

• Expert JavaScript mandatory
• Strong ServiceNow server-side/client-side scripting
• Glide APIs / ServiceNow scripting APIs
• Advanced debugging and root-cause analysis
• Ability to read, understand, modify, and optimize complex existing code
• Strong software engineering and coding practices
• PowerShell and/or other scripting languages — highly desirable
• Automation and technical problem-solving

Agile & Leadership

• Experience as a Senior/Lead Developer in Scrum-based projects.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
