Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT services and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT services and applications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
