Role & responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and ITIL processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM, including Case Management, Customer Service Portal and Agent Workspace.
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM, including portfolio, project, demand and resource management.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Integration and API development, including REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub and third-party integrations.
- Strong ServiceNow platform development and configuration skills using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, Workflows and JavaScript.
- Proven experience working in large, complex enterprise ServiceNow environments, including integrations, production support, releases and platform enhancements.
