Servicenow Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules, including IRM (Integrated Risk Management), SecOps, GRC, ITOM, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and support IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM, and CMDB solutions.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and custom applications.
• Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and platform enhancements.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
