Servicenow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow's workflow automation tools.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow modules such as CSM, SPM, and other third-party applications to enhance data flow and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on the use of ITSM processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of API integration concepts for seamless data exchange between systems.
• Experience with configuration management principles for customizing ServiceNow modules like CSM (Customer Service Management) and SPM (Service Parts & Accessories Management).
• Proficiency in platform development best practices for building scalable solutions.
