Servicenow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
• Develop and customize HR Case Management solutions.
• Configure Employee Service Center (ESC) and HR Knowledge Management.
• Design and develop HR workflows, lifecycle events, and automation solutions.
• Create and maintain Catalog Items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user training where required.

• Good understanding of HR business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and Employee Experience modules.
• Exposure to HR system integrations such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or AD.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD certification.
