Servicenow Developer

Location : hyderabad Pune

ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 4 to 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions. Expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Flow Designer, Service Portal, integrations, and workflow automation. Responsible for delivering scalable HR digital transformation solutions, integrating HR platforms such as Workday, and supporting end-to-end HR service delivery in enterprise environments.

Key requirements for the role are as follows:

• 4 to 8 years of overall ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Hands-on experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center/Service Portal, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and Workflow Automation.
• Strong development skills in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, JavaScript, and Service Catalog.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday HCM modules, and other third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Ability to collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise-scale HR digital transformation solutions.
