Servicenow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow tools such as CSM, ACL, SPM.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures by developing custom workflows and integrations in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical support to end-users.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ITSM (ITIL v3/4) certification.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform including its modules like CSM, ACL, SPM etc. .
• Experience in developing custom scripts using scripting languages like JavaScript or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and ability to apply it effectively in an ITSM environment.
