Servicenow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CMDB modules.
• Implement and optimize CMDB structure, Discovery, Service Mapping, and asset lifecycle management processes.
• Configure and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and catalog items within ServiceNow.
• Manage and support Snow Software platform for Software Asset Management (SAM), License Management, and IT Asset Management.
• Integrate Snow with ServiceNow for asset, software, and compliance data synchronization.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across CMDB, IT assets, and Software Asset Management repositories.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level analytics.
• Support security operations, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives using ServiceNow SecOps and GRC modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, infrastructure teams, and business users to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB governance.
• Hands-on experience with Snow Software (SAM, License Management, Asset Management).
• Experience integrating Snow with ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of software licensing, compliance management, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
