Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with 7-10 years of IT experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Service Catalog solutions.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Configure CMDB and support discovery implementations.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in Service Catalog and workflow development.
• Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
