ServiceNow Technical Lead / Developer:

Job Description:

We are looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers and Technical Leads to join a large-scale ServiceNow transformation program. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, automation, and platform customization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop workflows and automation solutions using Flow Designer.
• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure UI Builder experiences, portals, dashboards, and mobile solutions.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployments, and production support.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide implementation support.
• For Technical Lead roles, lead development teams, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience for Developer roles.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience for Technical Lead roles.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and Flow Designer.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations is preferred.
