About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow tools such as Discovery, ITOM, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on the usage of ServiceNow platform.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices (ITOM).
- Proficiency in developing custom scripts using JavaScript or other programming languages.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery module for asset management.
