ServiceNow Developer (Testing)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities
• Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, or CSM modules.
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is an added advantage.
