ServiceNow developer / Sr

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of hands-on exp. in design, development deployment with the Service-now platform
• Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB Asset)
• Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules
• Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX
• Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.)
• SNOW administration experience.
• Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
• ITIL Foundation v3 certification ServiceNow Administration certification preferred
• Ability to work on aggressive schedules. May require work beyond normal hours.
• Good communicational skills, both verbal as well as written. Effectively communicate with the client.
