QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or GenAI features

preferred.

• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP web services, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and

Integration Hub.

• Experience developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
