Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in platform development, configuration, scripting, and integrations. The candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing ServiceNow applications, implementing business requirements, and maintaining reliable platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications.

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and workflows.

• Work with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB.

• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

• Maintain and enhance existing modules, applications, and configurations.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement platform updates.

• Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting skills.

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and FSM.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and ITIL.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.

• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation.
