Servicenow Developer || Noida Location || Immediate Joiners only

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
• Configure ServiceNow components like tables, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and implement portfolio planning and idea management strategies using ServiceNow tools.
• Create reports, dashboards, and notifications to provide insights and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for service management.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM/Strategic Portfolio Management modules is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow component configuration, including tables, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or project delivery environments is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures and platform administration fundamentals is necessary.
