Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of experience in platform development, configuration, integrations, and enterprise ServiceNow environments. The candidate should have strong expertise across ITSM, CSM, SPM, and ServiceNow platform development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules.
• Develop and maintain integrations and APIs, including OAuth-based integrations.
• Configure Business Rules, GlideRecord, ACLs, Flows, and email scripting.
• Work on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management.
• Support GSE / Policy & Compliance requirements.
• Optimize ServiceNow performance and handle large-volume data updates efficiently.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Work in large and complex enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Follow development standards, best practices, and platform governance.
