ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/GRC)

Location - PAN INDIA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow components such as:
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies & UI Actions
• Configure and automate workflows using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor
• Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and alignment with ITIL best practices
• Support testing, deployment, and postproduction activities

Required Skills

• Strong handson experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer
• Expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Integrations
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITIL processes
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CISITSM)
• Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, or Workspaces
• ITIL Foundation certification
