Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a 3-month contract. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and workflows based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes.
• Work on ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.
• Develop and customize Service Portal components where required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and other technical teams.
• Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Workflows.
• Experience with Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITSM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration and API development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow performance and best practices.

• Candidates should be available to work from the Hyderabad office.
• Candidates should be comfortable with a 3-month contract engagement.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners would be preferred.
