Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in CMDB and ITOM modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB Governance, Event Management, and integrations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Configure and maintain Discovery schedules, MID Servers, credentials, probes and sensors.
• Implement Service Mapping for business-critical applications.
• Support CMDB governance, CI lifecycle management and CMDB Health initiatives.
• Configure Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules.
• Implement Event Management and alert integrations.
• Work on Service Graph Connectors and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB data-quality issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for CI onboarding and service mapping validation.
