The ideal candidate should have expertise in configuring ServiceNow applications, developing integrations, and delivering scalable solutions for Banking/Financial Services.

• Claims Module (Mandatory)
• JavaScript
• HTML/CSS
• AngularJS
• jQuery
• REST/SOAP API Integration
• ServiceNow Configuration & Customization

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Any 2 of the following:
• CIS Claims
• CIS Financial Services Operations (FSO)
• Banking & Wealth Accreditation
• Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)

Preferred

• Banking / BFSI Domain
• Agile / SDLC Experience
