ServiceNow Delivery Lead

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with 5+ years of Service Delivery in ServiceNow projects.
• Strong expertise in core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM / CMDB/ HRSD, etc.).
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations or upgrades.
• Experience in ensuring delivery quality through metrics-driven performance
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and financial targets are met for each project.
• Work with onshore counterparts to ensure timely submission of timesheets, project deliverables and customer invoicing.
• Solid understanding of Agile and ITIL methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements from an offshore location, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Serve as the primary offshore point of contact for onshore stakeholders, managing communications, escalations, and expectations.
• Delivery quality oversight for a team of ServiceNow developers and testers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Managed Services or working with system integrators.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and integrations (e.g., Azure, AWS, API management).
