ServiceNow CMDB Expert
- Experience: 8+ years
- Location: Bangalore / Chandigarh / Hyderabad / Pune
- Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management
- Good knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI classes, relationships, and data models
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
- Experience managing CI lifecycle, CMDB data quality, and reconciliation
- Knowledge of CMDB Health, IRE, and data governance
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with Incident Management (IM) or Problem Management (PM)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and APIs
- Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) is preferred
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow certification is an added advantage.
