ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Specialist

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Specialist to design, configure, operate and continuously improve the Configuration Management Database and Discovery capabilities. The role will help establish reliable configuration data, improve infrastructure visibility and support IT service management, operational and audit needs across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will combine strong ServiceNow platform knowledge with hands-on CMDB and Discovery experience, sound troubleshooting skills, stakeholder engagement and disciplined documentation. The specialist will work with infrastructure, application, security, service management and platform teams to improve data completeness, correctness and usability.
