ServiceNow CLM Developer

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CLM workflows for contract creation, negotiation, approval, and renewal.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, and automated contract generation logic.
• Build custom Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows for contract processes.
• Integrate CLM with CPQ, procurement, and legal systems.
• Support obligation tracking, alerts, and compliance reporting.
• Work with Legal and Procurement stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow CLM module and contract management processes.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with document generation and e-signature integrations.
• Understanding of contract clauses, redlining, and approval workflows.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
